Maryland High School Softball - Chopticon bounces Severna Park
April 17, 2025: Morganza, MD 20660 In Thursday's non-league match, the host Chopticon Braves softball team scored a tight 7-2 win over the Severna Park Falcons.
The Braves (10-0) will now prepare for their match against Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Hornets come into the Southern Maryland match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Great Mills was routed by Southern (Harwood, MD), 10-6, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Notre Dame Prep (Towson, MD) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 19. Severna Park will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The come into the match with a 6-2 record after their 24-3 non-league win over Annapolis Area Christian (Severn, MD).
