Alabama High School Softball - Cleburne County bounces White Plains
April 17, 2025: Heflin, AL 36264 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Cleburne County Tigers (Heflin, AL) and the visiting White Plains Wildcats (Anniston, AL), observed Cleburne County's softball team notch a victory over White Plains by a final score of 17-0.
The Tigers (4-20) will now prepare for their bout against White Plains (Anniston, AL). The Wildcats go into the 4A Area 12 bout with a 15-12 record. In their last bout, White Plains was routed by Alexandria (Alexandria, AL), 12-8, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Cleburne County Tigers (Heflin, AL) in a 4A Area 12 bout, on Thursday, April 17. White Plains will attempt to better on its 16-13 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 3-19 record after their 12-3 non-league win over Winterboro (Alpine, AL).
