The Forest City Foresters softball squad (Forest City, PA), was routed 18-6 in Thursday's non-league contest with the visiting Riverside Vikings (Taylor, PA)

With the triumph, Riverside improves its record to 4-6 on the year. The Vikings host Honesdale (Honesdale, PA) to face the Hornets in a Lackawanna 3 contest on Saturday, April 19. The Hornets enter the contest with a record of 2-8. Honesdale lost 8-0 in their recent league contest against Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA)
