In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Barrington Eagles lacrosse squad scored a good 15-2 triumph over the Smithfield Sentinels.

The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cumberland (Cumberland, RI). The Clippers enter the Division 1 (State) contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Cumberland was overwhelmed by East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI), 9-4, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Sentinels meet the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) in a Division 2 contest, on Tuesday, April 21. Smithfield will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Islanders enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 15-3 non-league loss to South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI).
