Tennessee High School Softball - Baylor bounces Covington

In Friday's non-league match, the host Baylor Red Raiders softball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Covington Chargers.

The Red Raiders (11-8) will now prepare for their match against Girls Preparatory School (Chattanooga, TN). The Bruisers come into the D II-AA East match with a 19-5 record. In their last match, Girls Preparatory School was routed by Blackman (Murfreesboro, TN), 10-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Chargers confront the Blackman Blaze (Murfreesboro, TN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 18. Covington will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Blaze come into the match with a 13-9 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Stewarts Creek (Smyrna, TN).
