April 18, 2023: The Plains, VA 20198 The Wakefield Fighting Owls softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Mount Vernon Majors to 3 in the Fighting Owls non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Wakefield moves its record to 6-1 on the year. The Fighting Owls host Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA) to play the Generals in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 26. The Generals come into the game with a record of 4-4.
