California High School Lacrosse - Los Alamitos drops to Loyola
April 18, 2023: Los Alamitos, CA 90720 Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA), 20-7 in a non-league battle.
The Cubs now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host Harvard-Westlake for a non-league match on Saturday, April 22. Loyola will play a Wolverines team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over St. Francis (La Canada, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-6.
With the defeat, Los Alamitos drops to 7-7 on the season. The Griffins host El Modena (Orange, CA) to play the Vanguards in a non-league match on Monday, April 24. The Vanguards go into the match with a record of 1-7. El Modena lost 6-5 in their recent non-league match against Portola (Irvine, CA)
