Massachusetts High School Softball - Blackstone Valley RVT nudges Nipmuc Regional
April 18, 2023: Upton, MA 01568 Blackstone Valley RVT Beavers (Upton, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Nipmuc Regional Warriors (Upton, MA), 11-10 in a non-league challenge.
The Beavers now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Auburn for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Blackstone Valley RVT will face a Rockets squad coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Nipmuc Regional falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Westborough (Westborough, MA) to face the Rangers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 20. The Rangers enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Westborough won 11-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Groton-Dunstable (Groton, MA)
