Massachusetts High School Softball - Pittsfield bounces Hampshire Regional
April 18, 2023: Westhampton, MA 01027 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Pittsfield Generals (Pittsfield, MA) and the host Hampshire Regional Raiders (Westhampton, MA), saw Pittsfield's softball squad nip Hampshire Regional by a count of 10-6.
The Generals now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Anthony for a non-league match on Saturday, April 22.
With the loss, Hampshire Regional falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Raiders host Wachusett Regional (Holden, MA) to face the Mountaineers in a non-league match on Thursday, April 20. The Mountaineers enter the match with a record of 6-0. Wachusett Regional won 6-2 in their recent non-league match against Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA)
