California High School Softball - Rosary Academy can't get by Mater Dei
April 18, 2023: Santa Ana, CA 92707 In Tuesday's league contest, the Mater Dei Monarchs (Santa Ana, CA) softball team held off the visiting Rosary Academy Royals (Fullerton, CA), by a margin of 6-5.
With the triumph, Mater Dei moves its record to 12-11 on the year. The Monarchs travel to JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA) to play the Lions in a Trinity contest on Wednesday, April 19. The Lions come into the contest with a record of 14-9. JSerra Catholic lost 11-5 in their recent league contest against Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA)
In their next game, the Royals play the Orange Lutheran Lancers (Orange, CA) in a Trinity contest, on Friday, April 21. Rosary Academy will attempt to move on its 10-10 season record. The Lancers come into the contest with a 17-5 record after their 1-0 league win over Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA).
