Washington High School Softball - Sequim gets by Port Angeles
April 18, 2023: Sequim, WA 98382 The Sequim Wolves nipped the visiting Port Angeles Roughriders softball squad by a final score of 7-6 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Wolves (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Bainbridge (Bainbridge Island, WA). The Spartans go into the 2A Olympic battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Bainbridge was edged by Kentlake (Kent, WA), 18-8, in a non-league battle.
The Roughriders now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Bremerton for a 2A Olympic battle on Thursday, April 20. Port Angeles will meet a Knights squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Shelton (Shelton, WA). The Knights record now stands at 0-2.
