The Carroll Cougars (Flora, IN) baseball nipped the visiting Delphi Community Oracles (Delphi, IN), 3-2 in Thursday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Cougars play the Frontier Falcons (Chalmers, IN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 19. Carroll will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record.

The Oracles now sport a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Newton for a non-league contest on Monday, April 22. Delphi Community will play a Spartans squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN). The Spartans record now stands at 8-1.
