The Gentry Pioneers baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Jay Bulldogs to 12 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Pioneers (12-14) will now prepare for their match against Pea Ridge (Pea Ridge, AR). The Blackhawks go into the 4A Region 1 match with a 10-6 record. In their last match, Pea Ridge was overwhelmed by Gentry (Gentry, AR), 8-4, in a league match.
