Hughson Huskies (Hughson, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA), 5-0 in a league test.

With the win, Hughson upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Huskies host More (San Jose, CA) to battle the Knights in a non-league test on Monday, April 22. The Knights come into the test with a record of 13-4. More won 11-2 in their recent non-league test against Lynbrook (San Jose, CA)

With the defeat, Ripon falls to 13-7 on the season. The Indians host Hilmar (Hilmar, CA) to battle the Yellowjackets in a Trans Valley League test on Tuesday, April 23. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 12-8. Hilmar lost 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Central Valley (Ceres, CA)
