Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting River Ridge Royal Knights (New Port Richey, FL), 8-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mitchell upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Dunedin (Dunedin, FL) to battle the Falcons in a non-league test on Monday, April 22. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 13-6. Dunedin won 8-6 in their recent league test against Tarpon Springs (Tarpon Springs, FL)

With the defeat, River Ridge falls to 10-12 on the season. The Royal knights host Osceola (Seminole, FL) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 23. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 14-6. Osceola won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Seminole (Seminole, FL)
