In Thursday's league test, the visiting Catoctin Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-12 victory over the Walkersville Lions.

The Cougars now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Middletown for a MVAL - Piedmont test on Tuesday, April 23. Catoctin will face a Knights squad coming off a 18-1 non-league win over Smithsburg (Smithsburg, MD). The Knights record now stands at 6-2.
