April 18, 2024: Chariton, IA 50049 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Chariton Chargers (Chariton, IA) and the visiting Keota Eagles (Keota, IA), saw Chariton's soccer squad triumph over Keota by a margin of 10-0.
The Chargers now sport a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Knoxville for a South Central test on Friday, April 19. Chariton will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Prairie City-Monroe (Monroe, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
