Missouri High School Baseball - Lakeland loses to Wheatland
April 18, 2025: Wheatland, MO 65779 Wheatland Mules (Wheatland, MO) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lakeland Vikings (Deepwater, MO), 9-5 in a league match.
With the triumph, Wheatland advances its record to 17-2 on the season. The Mules travel to Hermitage (Hermitage, MO) to battle the Hornets in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 23. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 7-5.
The Vikings now have a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montrose for a non-league match on Monday, April 21.
