The Thunderbirds now own a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they host Shawnee Mission North for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24. Shawnee Heights will clash with a Bison team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Shawnee Mission East (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Bison record now stands at 5-5.
With the defeat, Turner drops to 2-12 on the year. The Golden bears host Sumner Academy (Kansas City, KS) to clash with the Sabres in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21.
