Fans at Friday's league contest between the Merrimack Valley The Pride (Penacook, NH) and the visiting Kingswood Knights (Wolfeboro, NH), witnessed Merrimack Valley's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Kingswood by a count of 10-5.

The The Pride (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Souhegan (Amherst, NH). The Sabers enter the Division II contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Souhegan was overwhelmed by Timberlane (Plaistow, NH), 14-4, in a league contest.

Next, the Knights meet the Pembroke Spartans (Pembroke, NH) in a Division II contest, on Monday, April 21. Kingswood will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 13-4 league loss to Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH).
