South Carolina High School Soccer - Union County knocks off Broome
April 18, 2025: Spartanburg, SC 29307 Fans at Friday's league battle between the Union County Yellowjackets (Union, SC) and the host Broome Centurions (Spartanburg, SC), saw Union County's soccer squad knock off Broome by a count of 3-0.
The Yellowjackets (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Chapman (Inman, SC). The Panthers enter the AAA Region 3 battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Chapman tipped Mountain View Prep (Spartanburg, SC), 8-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Centurions battle the Greer Middle College Blazers (Taylors, SC) in a AAA Region 3 battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Broome will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Blazers enter the battle with a 10-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Woodruff (Woodruff, SC).
