In Friday's non-league test, the Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the host Wadsworth Grizzlies (Wadsworth, OH), by a tally of 16-0.

Next, the Vikings meet the Louisville Leopards (Louisville, OH) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 22. Hoover will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Leopards go into the test with a 8-8 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Green (Uniontown, OH).
