In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Monroe Hornets lacrosse squad scored a good 10-2 victory over the Taylor Yellowjackets.

The Hornets now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carroll for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 5.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the La Salle Lancers (Cincinnati, OH) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 21. Taylor will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 4-2 record after their 15-4 non-league win over Winton Woods (Cincinnati, OH).
