The St. Ignatius Wildcats lacrosse team scored 11 points and held the host Hoover Vikings to 10 in the Wildcats league win on Wednesday.

The Wildcats (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Jackson (Massillon, OH). The Polar Bears go into the Region 2 match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Jackson nudged Wadsworth (Wadsworth, OH), 8-5, in a league match.
