The Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC), 20-4 in Wednesday's league outing.

With the win, Pinecrest upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Patriots travel to Hough (Cornelius, NC) to battle the Huskies in a non-league outing on Friday, April 21. The Huskies go into the outing with a record of 15-2. Hough won 19-6 in their recent non-league outing against R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC)

With the defeat, Union Pines drops to 5-10 on the season. The Vikings travel to Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC) to battle the Buccaneers in a United 8/All American/Sandhills outing on Tuesday, April 25. The Buccaneers go into the outing with a record of 2-11. Jack Britt won 10-5 in their recent league outing against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC)
