April 19, 2023: Fairfield, IL 62837 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Fairfield Mules (Fairfield, IL) softball team the visiting Hardin County Cougars (Elizabethtown, IL), by a margin of 2-0.
With the triumph, Fairfield moves its record to 13-5 on the year. The Mules host Flora (Flora, IL) to play the Wolves in a Black Diamond East contest on Tuesday, April 25. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 12-4. Flora won 14-1 in their recent league contest against Eldorado (Eldorado, IL)
