Kentucky High School Softball - Owen County falls to Franklin County
April 19, 2023: Frankfort, KY 40601 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Franklin County Flyers softball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Owen County Rebels.
Coming up next, the Flyers battle the Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 20. Franklin County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Defenders enter the outing with a 10-6 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY).
The Rebels (4-11) will now prepare for their outing against Carroll County (Carrollton, KY). The Panthers enter the District 31 outing with a 5-6 record. In their last outing, Carroll County was routed by Owen County (Owenton, KY), 8-3, in a league outing.
