Maryland High School Softball - Mt. Hebron bounces Oakland Mills
April 19, 2023: Columbia, MD 21045 Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD) and the host Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD), witnessed Mt. Hebron's softball squad prevail over Oakland Mills by a count of 15-1.
The Vikings now sport a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Glenelg for a Howard County match on Thursday, April 20. Mt. Hebron will face a Gladiators squad coming off a 6-5 league win over Long Reach (Columbia, MD). The Gladiators record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Oakland Mills moves to 0-6 on the season. The Scorpions host Long Reach (Columbia, MD) to face the Lightning in a Howard County match on Thursday, April 20. The Lightning go into the match with a record of 1-3. Long Reach lost 6-5 in their recent league match against Glenelg (Glenelg, MD)
