April 19, 2024: McLean, VA 22101 George C. Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA), 5-2 in a non-league battle.
The Statesmen now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Herndon for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 25. George C. Marshall will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 4-3.
In their next game, the Highlanders clash with the Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 20. McLean will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 0-7 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Chantilly (Chantilly, VA).
