Next, the Hornets face the Lakeland Cavaliers (Suffolk, VA) in a Southeastern contest, on Tuesday, April 23. Deep Creek will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Cavaliers enter the contest with a 1-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Petersburg (Petersburg, VA).
The Phantoms now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manor for a non-league contest on Monday, April 22. Phoebus will face a Mustangs team coming off a 1-1 league Lake Taylor (Norfolk, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-7.
