April 19, 2024: Iowa Falls, IA 50126 Nevada Cubs (Nevada, IA) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets (Iowa Falls, IA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cubs confront the Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 22. Nevada will attempt to move on its 10-5 season record. The Bluejays enter the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 5-2 league win over West Marshall (State Center, IA).
The Cadets now possess a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host Hampton-Dumont/CAL for a North Central challenge on Monday, April 22. Iowa Falls-Alden will confront a team coming off a 7-1 league win over Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA). The record now stands at 5-2.
