April 19, 2024: Versailles, OH 45380 The Versailles Tigers (Versailles, OH) softball routed the visiting Newton Local Indians (Pleasant Hill, OH), 10-3 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Tigers (8-4) will now prepare for their bout against Tri-County North (Lewisburg, OH). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 5-6 record. In their last bout, Tri-County North held off Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, OH), 7-4, in a league bout.
The Indians now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Riverside for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 20. Newton Local will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 17-0 league win over Northridge (Dayton, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 4-5.
