The Hudson Explorers baseball squad (Hudson, OH), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH)

With the triumph, Hoover moves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Vikings host Jackson (Massillon, OH) to confront the Polar Bears in a Federal contest on Tuesday, April 22. The Polar Bears come into the contest with a record of 9-3. Jackson lost 4-2 in their recent non-league contest against Olentangy Berlin (Delaware, OH)

The Explorers now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mayfield for a non-league contest on Monday, April 21. Hudson will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-6 non-league win over Avon (Avon, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-4.
