West Virginia High School Baseball - The Linsly School wallops Summers County
April 19, 2025: Wheeling, WV 26003 In Saturday's non-league game, the host The Linsly School Cadets baseball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the Summers County Bobcats.
The Cadets (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Morgantown (Morgantown, WV). The Mohigans go into the non-league game with a 14-8 record. In their last game, Morgantown knocked off Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV), 12-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bobcats play the Bluefield Beavers (Bluefield, WV) in a Coalfield AA game, on Monday, April 21. Summers County will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Beavers go into the game with a 0-11 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Graham (Bluefield, VA).
