Kentucky High School Volleyball - Western Hills tips Oldham County

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Western Hills Wolverines volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Oldham County Colonels.

The Wolverines (14-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Ryle (Union, KY). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 12-0 record. In their last battle, Ryle tipped Dayton (Dayton, KY), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Colonels now own a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walton-Verona for a non-league battle on Monday, April 21. Oldham County will encounter a Bearcats squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-6.
