The Montgomery Bell Academy Big Red lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the host Trinity Shamrocks to 7 in the Big Red non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Big Red now hold a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Father Ryan for a 2A West Region D2 challenge on Wednesday, April 23. Montgomery Bell Academy will clash with a Irish squad coming off a 11-10 league loss to Christian Brothers (Memphis, TN). The Irish record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Trinity falls to 6-6 on the year. The Shamrocks host Kentucky Country Day (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Bearcats in a KSLL challenge on Thursday, April 24.
