April 19, 2025: Ardmore, AL 35739 Alexandria Valley Cubs (Alexandria, AL) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Ardmore Tigers (Ardmore, AL), 11-6 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Alexandria upgrades its record to 35-9 on the year. The Valley Cubs travel to Albertville (Albertville, AL) to play the Aggies in a non-league game on Wednesday, July 1. The Aggies enter the game with a record of 15-15.
The Tigers now own a 23-17 record. They play next when they host Lincoln County for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. Ardmore will play a Falcons squad coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Winfield (Winfield, AL). The Falcons record now stands at 13-12.
