Illinois High School Softball - Trinity succumbs to Amundsen

In Saturday's non-league test, the Amundsen Vikings (Chicago, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the host Trinity Blazers (River Forest, IL), by a tally of 16-2.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Northside Mustangs (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Red test, on Monday, April 21. Amundsen will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 2-7 record after their 9-2 league loss to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL).

The Blazers (0-9) will now prepare for their test against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL). The Friars go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record.
