April 19, 2025: Rutherford, NJ 07070 The NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights softball team scored 2 runs and held the host Rutherford Bulldogs to 1 in the Golden Knights non-league win on Saturday.
The Golden Knights now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tenafly for a Big North - National battle on Monday, April 21. NV - Old Tappan will confront a Tigers team coming off a 15-3 non-league win over Dwight Morrow (Englewood, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 2-8.
With the loss, Rutherford moves to 5-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to North Arlington (North Arlington, NJ) to confront the Vikings in a NJIC - National battle on Monday, April 21. The Vikings come into the battle with a record of 4-6. North Arlington lost 4-0 in their recent non-league battle against Pascack Valley (Hillsdale, NJ)
