New Jersey High School Softball - Sayreville sneaks past Old Bridge
April 19, 2025: Parlin, NJ 08859 The Sayreville Bombers softball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Old Bridge Knights to 1 in the Bombers non-league win on Saturday.
The Bombers now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Brunswick for a GMC - White battle on Monday, April 21. Sayreville will confront a Vikings team coming off a 6-5 league win over Woodbridge (Woodbridge, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Old Bridge moves to 4-6 on the season. The Knights host Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NJ) to confront the Ravens in a non-league battle on Monday, April 21. The Ravens come into the battle with a record of 5-3. Robbinsville won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Nottingham (Hamilton, NJ)
