The Cypress Creek Cougars routed the visiting Memorial Mustangs softball squad by a count of 11-4 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Cougars (16-3) will now prepare for their battle against Jersey Village (Houston, TX). The Falcons go into the 6A Region III District 17 battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Jersey Village was routed by Stratford (Houston, TX), 4-2, in a league battle.

The Mustangs now sport a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Cypress Ridge for a 6A Region III District 17 battle on Friday, April 23. Memorial will meet a Rams squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX). The Rams record now stands at 3-16.
