Connecticut High School Baseball - Middletown defeats Lyman Hall
April 20, 2023: Middletown, CT 06457 Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Lyman Hall Trojans (Wallingford, CT), 8-3 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Middletown betters its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Blue Dragons host Berlin (Berlin, CT) to play the Redcoats in a Central Connecticut - South contest on Monday, April 24. The Redcoats enter the contest with a record of 4-3. Berlin won 8-7 in their recent non-league contest against Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT)
The Trojans now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Shelton for a non-league contest on Friday, April 21. Lyman Hall will play a Gaels squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Hamden (Hamden, CT). The Gaels record now stands at 2-5.
