In Thursday's league challenge, the Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC) baseball squad the host Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC), by a margin of 10-8.

With the win, Piedmont Community Charter betters its record to 8-6 on the season.
