Illinois High School Lacrosse - Conant drops to Barrington
April 20, 2023: Barrington, IL 60010 Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL), 6-0 in a league battle.
The Fillies/Broncos now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Forest for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 22. Barrington will clash with a Scouts squad coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Scouts record now stands at 4-0.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Wheeling Wildcats (Wheeling, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 24. Conant will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 4-3 league loss to Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL).
