New York High School Softball - Letchworth bounces Aquinas Institute
April 20, 2023: Rochester, NY 14613 Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Letchworth Indians (Gainesville, NY) and the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY), witnessed Letchworth's softball squad prevail over Aquinas Institute by a count of 15-3.
The Indians now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Perry for a non-league match on Friday, April 21. Letchworth will meet a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over York (Retsof, NY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Aquinas Institute moves to 2-2 on the season. The Little irish host School of the Arts (Rochester, NY) to meet the Silverhawks in a Class A match on Friday, April 21. The Silverhawks go into the match with a record of 2-0. School of the Arts won 23-8 in their recent non-league test against Franklin (Rochester, NY)
