Washington High School Softball - Darrington bounces LaConner
April 20, 2023: LaConner, WA 98257 The Darrington Loggers routed the host LaConner Braves softball squad by a final score of 22-1 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Loggers (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Friday Harbor (Friday Harbor, WA). The Wolverines go into the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Friday Harbor notched a victory over Orcas Island (Eastsound, WA), 2-0, in a league battle.
The Braves now possess a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Orcas Island for a 1B/2B Northwest battle on Tuesday, April 25. LaConner will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Coupeville (Coupeville, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-12.
