Maryland High School Baseball - Northwestern loses to DC International

April 20, 2024: Hyattsville, MD 20782

The DC International Dragons crushed the host Northwestern Wildcats baseball team by a tally of 11-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Dragons now hold a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to School Without Walls for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 23. DC International will face a Penguins team coming off a 18-3 non-league win over Mt. Abraham (Bristol, VT). The Penguins record now stands at 8-8.

Next, the Wildcats face the Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A bout, on Monday, April 22. Northwestern will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 0-10 record after their 15-6 league loss to Suitland (Forestville, MD).
