Illinois High School Baseball - Oswego East nips Naperville Central
April 20, 2024: Oswego, IL 60543 Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Oswego East upgrades its record to 6-10 on the season. The Wolves travel to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL) to battle the Tigers in a Southwest Prairie test on Monday, April 22. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 10-6. Plainfield North lost 8-3 in their recent non-league test against Lemont (Lemont, IL)
With the defeat, Naperville Central falls to 7-6 on the season. The Redhawks travel to Naperville North (Naperville, IL) to battle the Huskies in a DuPage Valley test on Monday, April 22. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 5-9. Naperville North won 15-3 in their recent league test against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL)
