April 20, 2024: La Mesa, CA 91941 The Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Highlanders now possess a 17-17 record. They play next when they travel to Ramona for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 20. Helix will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Santana (Santee, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-15.
With the loss, Steele Canyon drops to 15-11 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 20. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 17-5. Foothills Christian lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Sweetwater (National City, CA)
