The Sylmar Spartans prevailed the visiting Orthopaedic Vipers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 23-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Verdugo Hills for a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. Sylmar will confront a Dons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Dons record now stands at 14-6.

The Vipers (12-20) will now prepare for their test against Venice (Los Angeles, CA). The Gondoliers enter the non-league test with a 23-14 record. In their last test, Venice gained a win over Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
